Old Growth Blend

Similar to Sunset Blend but with a Central American Kick. A medium to light roast, producing good body and medium to low acidity. Flavorful and fun!

Axpresso

This is the Espresso Blend that we have built our reputation on for over a decade. It makes a wonderful shot, and is also a fine brewed coffee.

                        Tried and True Offerings:

Coffee Brake Blend (aka Baron’s Blend)
This blend of Central American, Indonesian, and African coffees is a hearty, full bodied brew, with enough acidity to give it a lively snap and make it our signature favorite.  Also available in decaf.

Espresso Blend
This blend of several gourmet coffees provides a smooth espresso with a slight acidity and a beautiful crème that, as The Baron puts it, “pours like butter”.  Also available in decaf.

French Roast
A fine African coffee with a medium body and acidity, dark roasted to develop the naturally deep flavor to its fullest.   Also available in decaf.

Zambia
Our African favorite, this coffee has medium acidity, excellent body and full flavor with a slight floral aroma.

Anniversary Blend
The Baron created this blend of fine Indonesian coffees in 1995 to celebrate a decade of roasting at the Coffee Brake.  This full bodied blend has a rich earthy flavor with a hint of bittersweet chocolate.

Colombian
A classic favorite: sweet, smooth flavor and balanced acidity make for a well-rounded cup of coffee.

Guatemala
The Baron’s personal favorite.  Smoky flavor with chocolate overtones, this coffee has lively acidity yet produces an extremely smooth brew.

Sunset Blend
The Baron’s most popular blend combines our finest African and Indonesian coffees to produce a full-bodied robust cup of coffee perfect for Sunday Brunch or after dinner.

Java Estate
This full bodied rich coffee roasted to perfection produces a smooth brew with just a hint of chocolate.

Kenya Peaberry
This popular small bean roasted on the lighter side produces a well-balanced brew with full body, robust acidity, with a hint of black-currant and fruit.

Sumatra Mandheling
This rich earthy coffee produces a concentrated full bodied brew with low acidity.

Organically Grown Mexico Pluma Oaxaca
This fine Mexican organic coffee is similar in characteristics to our Colombian coffee and produces a great tasting classic cup of coffee. Currently only sold as part of our organic "New Blend" below.
