Location: Serra do Salitre, a high plain in Cerrado Miniero, Minas Gerais State: 1200m

Cup Characteristics: Crisply inviting with a smooth medium acidity. Comparitively mild, similar to a fine Colombian. One of the best Brazil has to offer.

Location: Strictly High Grow in the Apanecea-llametepec Mountains: 1300-2000m

Cup Characteristics: Has a pleasant bright acidity in lighter roasts, this sweet clean cup has bold citrus overtones and medium body.

Guatemala Atitlan Varietal

Location: San Pedro Necta, shade grown: 1500-2000m

Cup Characteristics: Nutty flavor with chocolate undercurrents, this coffee has lively acidity yet produces an extremely smoth brew.

Location: Fraijanes Region near Guatemala City: 1600m

Cup Characteristics: It has a distinctive nutty and fruit aroma and flavor, bright acidity and a smooth finish.

Cup Characteristics: This is a fragrant and complex coffee that exhibits hints of chocolate, honey and citrus, with medium acidity and body.
