We are excited to offer 100% Pure Kona Coffee! Estate Grown Organic coffee from Lyman Kona Coffee Farms on the slopes of Hualalai Volcano. Not a blend, but 100% pure Kona Coffee that we artisan roast to perfection. The Lyman Farm was carefully chosen because Hans Eckert (the owner) is extremely passionate and meticulous about producing the best award winning Kona Coffee possible! We offer two exquisite varieties: Kona Natural and Estate Select.
	This rare coffee is hand-selected using only the ripest of coffee cherries. The whole cherry dries naturally in the sun for about 3 weeks before final milling and grading. Location: Hualalai Volcano: Kona HI, 700m Cup Characteristics: Best in a lighter roast, it has a delicate/silky mouthfeel: intense sweet aroma with powerful floral nuances, aromatic wood & molases, and noticable chocolate overtones. 	This is a traditional washed coffee. Only the largest/best beans are tagged "Select". Over 8lbs of cherry are required to produce every pound of this roasted masterpiece. Location: Hualalai Volcano, Kona HI, 700m Cup Characteristics: Best in a lighter roast, it's deliciously rich, a clean cup, has medium body and slight acidity, with a heady aroma and a complex chocolate flavor.
