	Old Growth and Axpresso Blends: Our latest creations, celebrating Oregon's Logging and Timber heritage, and the great love we have for our beautiful state. Each blend is designed to provide "a little something extra".
	Original Coffee Brake Blends: Blends are the art of the roastmaster by combining fine single origin coffees to create something you can’t find in a single origin: the dark earthy fruit of an Indonesian combined with the mellow sultry spice of an African & hint of Citrus from a Central American. It’s like grandmas homemade soup: you can have vegetable soup, you can have Chicken soup, you can have butternut squash soup; but only Grandma can put them all in one fabulous creative dish!

	Decaffeinated Coffees: Although these may be "unleaded" they are strong on flavor. The owners drink a lot of decaf, so great care was taken in developing full flavored decafs. All of our offerings are naturally decaffeinated: no use of Methylene Chloride.
